The Road to Pebble Rally — Monterey Car Week

  • The 2024 Road to Pebble Rally, an exclusive Petersen Automotive Museum event during Monterey Car Week, required a strong visual identity and well-designed marketing materials to enhance the attendee experience and reinforce the museum’s presence at prestigious events like The Quail and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

  • I was responsible for developing a cohesive brand identity and designing key event assets, ensuring a luxury motorsport-inspired aesthetic that aligned with the prestige of Monterey Car Week. The materials needed to provide valuable event information while also creating a memorable, collectible experience for participants.

  • I designed a custom event magazine featuring schedules and exclusive content, along with VIP menus for curated dining experiences. To add a collectible motorsport touch, I created racing-style meatballs for participating cars, inspired by vintage racing numbers. Additionally, I developed event signage to guide attendees, ensuring a seamless and well-branded experience throughout the rally.

  • As participants traveled from Malibu to Carmel, making exclusive stops, my work elevated the Petersen Museum’s presence with a visually compelling and immersive design. The event branding and materials helped create a polished, high-end experience, enhancing engagement and reinforcing the museum’s connection to the luxury automotive world.

I spearheaded The Pebble Beach Magazine, leading its creative direction and designing the cover illustration, along with additional artwork featured throughout. This exclusive guide provided attendees with event details, schedules, exclusive interviews, and breathtaking photography. Showcasing both classic and contemporary automobiles, it deepened the connection to the event’s luxury, heritage, and innovation while serving as a cherished collectible keepsake.

A custom Meatball for Cars was provided to attendees, inspired by vintage racing number decals. Designed for easy application and removal, it served as both a functional identifier and a collectible keepsake, enhancing the event experience and celebrating automotive heritage.
